How to send email with item link from SharePoint designer workflow
It is amazing to see how powerful SharePoint designer 2010 is. In SharePoint 2007, as I know, it is impossible to put a document link into the designer workflow without third-party workflow activity. That is a critical feature we need in many basic scenarios.
Below shows how to do that for an InfoPath form file by a few clicks:
